Dr. Youssef Hassoun, Director General of the National Energy Research Center in the Syrian Arab Republic, accompanied by Eng. Burgess Al-Issa, Head of the Energy Efficiency Department, visited the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

During the visit, a meeting was held with Eng. Ihab Ismail, the Executive Chairman of the Authority, where Egypt’s experience in renewable energy projects and its future plans were presented. The delegation also visited the Energy Efficiency and Solar Energy laboratories at the Authority.
