NREA Participates in a Technical Workshop for MUST University Engineering Students

As part of the ongoing collaboration between the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) and the Faculty of Engineering at Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST), NREA participated in a workshop titled “Towards a Sustainable Future and the Prospects of Modern Energy in Egypt,” held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at the university’s conference hall.

The workshop hosted 53 students from the Electrical Power and Machines Engineering Department, along with 7 students from the Mechanical Engineering Department, under the supervision of faculty members.

Eng. Ahmed Nady Mohamed Ali, General Manager of Maintenance at NREA, participated by delivering a comprehensive presentation covering the establishment of NREA, Egypt’s renewable energy strategies, and the latest technologies in wind and solar energy, in addition to resource assessment methods and the role of qualified companies in national renewable energy projects.
