Conference on Green Technology and Smart Cities
A delegation from the New and
Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) participated in the NEO GEN Conference on
Green Technology, Clean Energy, and Smart Cities on 15th of December,
organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, with the participation
of distinguished experts, government officials, and private sector
representatives.
NREA’s participation reflects its
commitment of supporting the transition to clean energy, promoting sustainable
technological solutions, and exchanging expertise on global best practices in
renewable energy, digital transformation, and smart city development.
The conference featured a series
of panel discussions addressing the role
of advanced technologies in achieving sustainable development and strengthening
collaboration between public and private sectors.
NREA emphasized the importance of
such events in fostering knowledge exchange, exploring new cooperation
opportunities, and supporting Egypt’s vision to become a regional hub for clean
energy and green technology.
